Using the Site, submitting a form, or completing an assessment does not create a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. A client relationship is formed only through a separate written engagement agreement.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, diagrams, assessments, logos, and design — are owned by Product Perfect LLC or Shawn Livermore, or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial reference with attribution and a link back to the source page. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or create derivative works from the content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

When you submit information through the Site (such as a callback request, resource download, or assessment), you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Your submissions are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Communications by SMS are also governed by our SMS Terms of Service.
